The two squishy pads sliding back and forth genuinely surprised me, way better than the standard strokers I've used. Takes a minute to get the rhythm down but once you do it's a completely different sensation.

Wasn't sure the sliding thing would feel like much, but the two pads glide back and forth with just enough grip to actually do the work for you. Cleanup takes a minute since stuff gets between the pads, but that's honestly the only gripe.

The two sliding pads are way softer than they look and glide smoothly once you add lube. I expected it to feel mechanical but the back-and-forth motion is surprisingly natural.
